This tangy cocktail is an undeniable favourite at Eden Rock – St Barths’ Rémy Bar, and we fully recommend that you add it to your repertoire at home this summer. The exotic sweetness of yuzu balanced with smooth vodka makes for a refreshing and crowd pleasing pre-dinner drink.
Here’s how it’s made…
35ml Guillotine Vodka (or Vodka of your choice)
35ml yuzu liqueur
20ml yuzu or lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
8 basil leaves
Muddle basil leaves in shaker before adding the remainder of the ingredients. Fill with ice and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a yuzu flavoured marshmallow and a basil leaf.
