Enjoy the succulent flavours of tuna, lemon and chive, lifted by a hint of Tabasco spice, that this easy-to-make recipe brings to your table.
Here’s how it’s made…
500g fresh, raw tuna, diced
8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
5-10 drops Tabasco (to taste)
Fleur de sel (to taste)
4 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and serve in small spoonfuls on top of potato chips (preferably waffle cut) for easy enjoyment. Garnish with any left over chopped chives.
