Here’s how it’s made…
1 slice of whole grain or gluten-free bread
Vegan cream cheese
1 fresh fig
Cress for garnish
Toast the bread slice and allow to cool slightly before spreading on a dollop of vegan cream cheese. Spread a thin layer of fig marmalade over top and add the thinly sliced fig. Garnish with cress.
