At first, there were ancient wheats, rich and long forgotten, put brought back on the gastronomic table by inspired chefs. Beneath the mill are rest flours grands crus, precious and noble, just like the Rouge de Bordeaux. This was all it took to nourish Julien Alvarez’s creativity, and give to Le Bristol’s Pastry Chef the keys to a sumptuous puff pastry creation, made of finesse and lightness. In its heart, roasted vanilla tackles the refined sweetness and powerful sourness of cocoa nibs, for a majestic Galette des Rois.
To pick up without further ado, or to savor at Café Antonia with a cup of tea or an unctuous hot chocolate, from January 1st to January 19th included.
