Baieta is a discrete Parisian restaurant that Sonia Papet, Head Concierge at Le Bristol, recommends to guests seeking authentic Côte d’Azur flavours. Baieta is run by Chef Julia Sedefdjian, who was awarded a Michelin star this year for her exceptional cooking. Sedefdjian is the youngest female chef in France to hold the honour. Her upbringing in Nice has given her a deep passion for the traditional French dishes of the Mediterranean region, and she recreates them with heart, authenticity and gastronomic flare. Located only steps away from the Seine in the Quartier Latin, the restaurant opened in early 2018 and has been building repute ever since thanks to dishes such as the beautiful boullaibaieta (bouillabaisse soup) and delicious magret de canard roti.
