The festive season is arriving at full speed, and it’s time to start arranging the bar for when family and friends arrive into town. Don’t forget to include a virgin cocktail for the children and teetotallers on your guest list. We’re particularly fond of the Driver’s Apple Sour.
Here’s how it’s made…
6 cl Seedlip Grove
4 cl cloudy apple juice
2 cl rosemary syrup
2 cl fresh lime juice
1 egg white or 5 drops vegan cocktail foamer
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and strain cocktail mix into the glass. Fill to the top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
