Head Pastry Chef at Le Bristol Paris, Julien Alvarez, will be taking up residency for one day at Fou de Patisserie in Paris on November 23rd.
Fou de Patisserie, located in the famous Rue Montorgueil, is considered one of the central players in French patisserie. The shop will present 8 of Julien Alvarez’s signature creations alongside some of Le Bristol’s famous pastries for an exclusive sortie outside the hallowed doors of the Palace hotel. On the day, Julien Alvarez will be present in the shop to welcome visitors and answer questions about his craft.
What’s on the menu?
Chef Julien’s pistachio-citrus tartlet, mango cheesecake, pecan nut pépite, chocolate éclair, yuzu-vanilla chou, black forest cake, caramel-vanilla St-Honoré, liquorice cappuccino… and more.
This exciting one-day event gives the ultra talented Chef Julien—Patisserie World Champion from 2011—the chance to showcase his abilities to a wider audience in the city of Paris. It also gives Parisians and lucky visitors the chance to take home some of the master pastry chef’s exquisite (and exquisitely tasty) creations.
