As the outside temperatures cool, it’s time to shake up the cocktail mixer with a new set of ingredients. Brenners Park-Hotel & Spashares its recipe for the Cinnamon Meermaid, a spicy winter cocktail for the festive season—stirred, not shaken.
5 cl Meermaid Spiced Rum (or your preferred spiced rum)
1.5 cl Falernum
1.5 cl Belsazar Red Vermouth
5 cl cloudy apple juice
Fill a tumbler with ice and ingredients. Stir with an orange zest for 15 seconds.Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise and the orange zest.
