St Barths is gearing up for the season with the 6th annual Gourmet Festival, November 6–10.
This year’s ambassador is Chef Arnaud Faye of the 2-Michelin-starred La Chèvre d’Or in Eze, France. Chef Faye will present his seafood and plant-based masterpieces alongside seven guest chefs from some of St Barths top restaurants.
French culture and, more specifically, the French art of gastronomy has always been an important feature of island life on St Barths. The region’s world-renowned hotels and restaurants recruit top culinary talent to oversee their kitchens. No other place in the world boasts the combination of tropical beauty and French sensibility that St Barths possesses.
The Gourmet Festival is the perfect chance to celebrate St Barths’ refined culinary tradition. Each chef will create a multi-course dinner that will be offered for four nights during the week. Festival guests will be able discover, bite by bite, the unique approaches of some of the most talented chefs in the world.
