Sunday Roast with a Brazilian Twist

The Sunday Roast is a new concept dish by Chef Felipe Rodrigues at Tangará Jean-Georges, Oetker Collection’s Michelin-starred restaurant at Palácio Tangará.

Tangará’s Sunday Roast is inspired by the decidedly British tradition and given a local twist on the Brazilian barbecue. Served family style for the entire table, Chef Felipe’s rendition of Sunday Roast includes a selection of meats such as Wagyu and Black Angus beef, a selection of fresh caught seafood and delicious sides like potato salad, Brazilian farofa, wild rice and French fries. The meal is a celebration of flavours—both local and international—to share with the entire family.
