Fritz & Felix at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa will be celebrating its first birthday coming up on October 16. The restaurant is a stunning example of what can be made manifest when contemporary design and creative cuisine are enrobed in a sustainable ethos. Culinary magic is what it is.
The restaurant revealed its full potential over the summer when the glass doors were opened up, leading out onto a beautiful terrace where diners can enjoy their dinner and drinks al fresco. By now, Fritz & Felix has offered a unique experience to guests during all four seasons of the year, and the surprises have yet to end.
The menu by Nenad Mlinarevic is updated seasonally and includes a maximum of ingredients sourced from local producers in Baden-Baden and the surrounding region. Well adapted to all manner of food preferences, the menu offers a range of vegetarian options, as well as gluten and dairy free dishes. The chef encourages guests to order a variety of plates to share amongst the table. As they say, a pleasure shared is a pleasure doubled (or tripled, quadrupled… und so writer).
