Is there a more satisfying simple pleasure than artisanal chips and a cold craft beer? L’Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc is supporting local Côte d’Azur food purveyors with a new selection in the minibar. Now, you can find Socca Chips from Nice-based Chef Luc Salsedo and B06 Beer from Solène Ronnaux-Baron’s award-winning microbrewery in Antibes. Socca Chips are made from chickpea flour; they are gluten free and come in delicious Provençal flavours like garlic, thyme, rosemary and truffle. B06 Beer is produced in limited quantities and comes in three varieties: Blonde, White and Amber. The White was selected by Larousse for the 300 Best Beers of 2018, and the Amber received the gold medal at the Lyon International Competition for wine, beer and spirits.
