Is there a better way to start the day than with some gentle stretching and strength training followed by relaxation? Our lucky guests at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc can now take advantage of group yoga sessions every Wednesday and Friday morning from 9–10am. Roll out of bed, enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea and then head to the garden or beachfront cabana (depending on the weather) for a soothing yoga class with Emilie, our resident yogi. Emilie caters her lessons to the collective ability of each group, ensuring that participants are met with a challenge to suit their level of experience. And if you’re completely new to yoga, there is no place like Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc to try it for the first time! We hope to see you on the mat.
