Le Jules Verne: Star-studded Dining in the Sky

Le Jules Verne, the iconic restaurant located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, has recently re-opened after an extensive 9-month renovation by architect Aline Asmar d’Amman. Presiding over the kitchen is Chef Frédéric Anton, who has previously earned three Michelin stars for his work at Le Pré Catelan, and is likely to bring the same honour to the new iteration of Le Jules Verne—a pillar of Parisian gastronomic dining. The Eiffel Tower’s second floor offers exceptional views of Paris, which enchants with its neoclassic beauty during the day and transforms into the City of Light at night.

A table at Le Jules Verne—for either lunch or dinner—requires booking six to eight weeks in advance. But the wait is a small price to pay for the experience of exquisite, award-winning dining in one of the most beautiful restaurant settings that exists on planet Earth.
