The Aperol Spritz is surging in popularity, and the recipe has undergone a number of interpretations. The bartenders at Le Bristol Paris, however, stick to the classic Venetian recipe—which opts for dry white wine over Prosecco.
This refreshingly bitter cocktail is perfect for greeting the early summer evenings. Follow Le Bristol’s recipe below and make your own at home.
60ml Côtes de Provence white wine
Fill a wine glass with ice and add in the Aperol. Mix wine and water together in a soda siphon and pour into glass. Garnish with fresh orange slices and a salty green olive.
