Germany’s famous Rebland wine region extends over 325 hectares of gently sloping hills just a 10 minutes’ drive outside of Baden-Baden. In spring and summer, you can enjoy the beautiful vistas from a sunny terrace as you sip a glass of Baden wine. Or—if you prefer to build up the tension—you can walk the Yburg Castle Route that cuts straight through the vineyards, with stops along the way at the Yburg and Neuweier Castles. Guesthouses dot the path, offering the best of the regional gastronomy.
However you choose to explore Rebland, don’t forget to stop at one (or more!) of the many local wineries to discover the local craft and taste the different Rieslings, pinot noirs, pinot biancos and pinot gris that make this one of Germany’s top wine regions.
