A wind of change greets diners the moment they set foot in the RIVE GAUCHE BRASSERIE – a light, refreshing breeze like the one the Seine brings with it every morning – punctuated by French tones, waiting staff clad in leather aprons and classic dishes served with French ease. The new RIVE GAUCHE BRASSERIE will also inspire patrons to relax with an aperitif or a beer à la pression.
With brasserie classics such as rillette de saumon, pissaladiere, steak frites and crème brulée, it’s not only French cuisine fans who will be in their element. The tarte du jour can either be a tempting dessert or enjoyed with an afternoon coffee, while on Sunday evenings a table d’hôte menu will allow diners to enjoy an exquisite selection of the week’s dishes ‘en famille’ at a large table.
A selection of around 30 French wines and an extensive range of aperitifs and digestifs round off the francophile taste experience. Refreshing French lemonades offer a non-alcoholic alternative.
